Custom AI agents

An AI assistant that knows your documents and follows your rules.

I set up AI agents for specific tasks: preparing a document, searching your procedures, sorting requests, monitoring a topic. Each agent has sources, access rights and limits defined together, then it is tested and documented.

Does this sound familiar?

  1. Information is everywhere

Procedures, templates, past exchanges: finding the right answer takes far too long.

  2. AI is used without rules

Everyone uses a different tool, with information that should not leave the business.

  3. The same documents to prepare

Meeting notes, proposals, standard replies: always the same structure, always by hand.

What happens if nothing changes

  • The company’s knowledge stays in a few people’s heads.
  • Uses of AI multiply with no control over the data.
  • Preparation tasks keep taking up the time of your most qualified people.

These are common situations, not a measurement of your business.

How I set it up

  1. 01

    Choose the task

One specific task, the documents allowed and what the agent must never do.

  2. 02

    Configure and test

The sources, access rights and instructions. I test on your real cases and on trick questions.

  3. 03

    Document and train

A usage sheet for the team: what to ask, what to check, when not to use it.

What you receive

  • An agent set up for one task, with its sources and access rights.
  • Documented tests, including the cases where it must refuse or hand over.
  • A usage sheet and a handover session for the team.

Examples of tasks

  • Find an answer in your procedures, citing the source
  • Prepare a draft proposal or meeting notes
  • Sort and summarise incoming requests
  • Monitor a defined topic

I use this kind of agent every day for my own business before offering it to clients.

Limits

  • An agent can make mistakes: its answers are reviewed before any use with a customer.
  • It is only given the documents allowed; nothing sensitive without written rules.
  • Subscriptions to AI tools are billed by their providers, preferably in your name.

What I commit to on every project.

These rules apply from the first call to the handover.

  1. The price before you decide

Scope, deliverables and price are written in the quote before any work starts.

  2. Accounts in your name

Tools, access and subscriptions stay yours. You can take back control at any time.

  3. A person approves

Important actions, such as sending or publishing, are approved by someone on your team.

  4. No invented figures

Fictional examples are labelled as such. A client project is only shown with the client’s consent.

  5. I tell you when not to build

If a simpler tool is enough, or if nothing should be built, I tell you.

Frequently asked questions

Are my documents sent just anywhere?

No. We choose together the documents that can be used and the tool, based on its data processing terms.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The agent is used in everyday language, and the usage sheet explains what to ask it.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the task, the sources and the tools. You receive a written quote before deciding.

Let’s talk about your tasks.

Describe a task you would like to hand to an assistant. We look at whether an agent is useful, or whether a simpler tool is enough.
