Marketing assistants, content and videos
Your content prepared from your projects, reviewed by you before publishing.
I set up a way to prepare your posts, articles, newsletters and video scripts from what you already do: a finished project, an event, a frequent question. You stay in control: nothing is published without your approval.
Does this sound familiar?
Your social media has gone quiet
The last post is several weeks old. Nobody on the team has time to write regularly.
Every piece starts from scratch
A finished project could become an article, a newsletter and a video. For lack of time, it becomes nothing.
The tone changes from person to person
Everyone writes in their own way, with no shared guidelines. Your image is not the same from one channel to the next.
What happens if nothing changes
- People looking for what you do find inactive pages and choose a competitor who publishes.
- Your best projects stay known only to you.
- Marketing remains an end-of-day task, always put off.
These are common situations, not a measurement of your business.
How I set it up
- 01
Understand your business
Your audience, your services, your tone and the topics you want to cover. I write tone guidelines and a brief for each format.
- 02
Prepare the workflow
The sources (project folder, notes, approved photos), the formats chosen and a calendar. Drafts arrive in one place.
- 03
Review and approve
You review, correct and approve each piece. I document the workflow and show you how to run it yourself.
What you receive
- Tone guidelines and a brief for each format (post, article, newsletter, video script).
- A preparation and review workflow adapted to your tools.
- An editorial calendar and the first pieces prepared for your approval.
- Documentation and a handover session.
Possible tools
- Your current tools: shared folder, spreadsheet, calendar
- An AI assistant set up with your tone guidelines
- A content tracking dashboard, if the volume justifies it
- Video editing from your footage
The choice depends on your tools, your volume and who approves. A dashboard or an automation is a scope defined separately.
Limits
- No automatic publishing without your agreement: a person approves each piece.
- Photos and client names are only used with their permission.
- I promise neither audience, nor virality, nor sales.
My commitments
What I commit to on every project.
These rules apply from the first call to the handover.
The price before you decide
Scope, deliverables and price are written in the quote before any work starts.
Accounts in your name
Tools, access and subscriptions stay yours. You can take back control at any time.
A person approves
Important actions, such as sending or publishing, are approved by someone on your team.
No invented figures
Fictional examples are labelled as such. A client project is only shown with the client’s consent.
I tell you when not to build
If a simpler tool is enough, or if nothing should be built, I tell you.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the AI write in my place?
It prepares drafts from your information and your tone guidelines. You review, correct and decide what is published.
- Do I need to change tools?
Not necessarily. I start from your current tools. A new tool is only suggested if it genuinely simplifies the workflow.
- How much does it cost?
The price depends on the formats, the volume and the tools to connect. You receive a written quote before deciding.
