Smart inbox
Your emails sorted, your replies drafted, and the final say stays with you.
I set up Courrier IA, my email assistant, in your Gmail or Hostinger Mail inbox. The AI sorts messages by priority, drafts replies and quotes from your price list, and shows where every price comes from. The app checks everything before sending: nothing goes out until you have read it.
Narrated demo in French, on a fictional inbox: the agency, the clients and the figures are imaginary.
Does this sound familiar?
The inbox is full before 9 am
Quote requests, worried clients, newsletters: twenty messages to sort before you even know where to start.
The same prices, copied every day
You open the spreadsheet, copy a price, paste it into an email. Then you do it again for the next client.
Urgent messages get buried
A cancelled flight, an unhappy client: the important email waits under all the others.
What happens if nothing changes
- Your team spends its time retyping instead of advising clients and taking calls.
- Sooner or later, a copying mistake on a price or a date reaches a client.
- Enquiries wait, and some go to a competitor who answers faster.
These are common situations, not a measurement of your business.
How I set it up
- 01
Connect your inbox
Gmail connects through Google, so the app never sees your password. For Hostinger Mail, the password is stored in your Mac’s keychain.
- 02
Fill the library
Your price list (Excel or CSV), your terms, your frequent questions, your quote template, your logo and your signature. This is where the AI looks for its answers.
- 03
Test, then get to work
We test the tricky cases together: missing price, unclear request, suspicious message. Then, every morning, you review, correct if needed and send.
What you receive
- Courrier IA installed, connected to your inbox and set up for your trade.
- A library filled in with you: prices, terms, reply and quote templates.
- Follow-ups drafted for unanswered quotes, to approve before they are sent.
- Documentation and a hands-on onboarding session.
What the app does
- Sorting by priority: urgent, ready to send, to call, to quote, to handle, low
- Replies written in your tone, with the source of every price
- Quotes calculated by the app from your price list, not by the AI
- A “to check” alert when a detail has no source, and sending blocked when the reply and the quote do not match
- Suspicious messages that hide an instruction for the AI are flagged and set aside
The AI is Claude, on your own subscription. The text of each email is sent to it to be read; attachments you receive are never passed to it.
Limits
- The AI can make mistakes: the app flags what it cannot verify, and a person reads every reply before it is sent.
- Courrier IA currently runs on Mac. For another computer, we discuss it before we start.
- It is a recent tool in its pilot phase: we adapt it together to your real messages.
- Time saved depends on your messages: I do not promise a figure, we measure it in your business.
My commitments
What I commit to on every project.
These rules apply from the first call to the handover.
The price before you decide
Scope, deliverables and price are written in the quote before any work starts.
Accounts in your name
Tools, access and subscriptions stay yours. You can take back control at any time.
A person approves
Important actions, such as sending or publishing, are approved by someone on your team.
No invented figures
Fictional examples are labelled as such. A client project is only shown with the client’s consent.
I tell you when not to build
If a simpler tool is enough, or if nothing should be built, I tell you.
Frequently asked questions
- Are my emails sent anywhere?
No. Your emails, prices and quotes are stored on your computer. The text of each email is sent to Claude, on your subscription, only to be read. The AI has no tools: it prepares, you decide.
- What if the AI gets it wrong?
That is planned for. A detail without a source is highlighted, a gap between the reply and the quote blocks sending, and nothing goes out without your confirmation. After confirming, you still have ten seconds to cancel.
- Does it work with my email provider?
Courrier IA currently connects to Gmail and Hostinger Mail. For another provider, I check what it allows before committing.
- How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of inboxes, your library and the follow-up you want. You receive a written quote before deciding. The Claude subscription stays in your name.
Let’s talk
Let’s talk about your inbox.
Bring a typical week: the number of messages, the questions that keep coming back and one reply that takes you time. We look together at what can be prepared.
